Chapter 10: The Integration Ava's eyes locked onto the woman, who was smiling at her with a deep sense of knowing. "I am the sum of all your parts," the woman explained. "I am the integration of all your lifetimes, all your experiences." Ava felt a sense of wonder as she realized what was happening. She was being given the opportunity to integrate all of her past lives, to bring all of her experiences and knowledge into her current awareness. The woman reached out and took Ava's hand. "Are you ready?" she asked. Ava nodded, feeling a sense of excitement and trepidation. As soon as she nodded, the room began to spin and Ava felt herself being pulled into a vortex of color and light. She saw images flashing before her eyes, images of all her past lives, all her experiences. She felt herself expanding, growing, becoming more than she had ever been before. And when the vortex finally subsided, Ava found herself back in her own body, feeling more integrated, more whole, than she had ever felt before.
