After salvation, a Christian has two routes to choose from- either the wilderness or the promised land. By the way, the promised land is not heaven _(where there will be no wars to fight and giants to slay)._ Every, season of Israel's journey out of Egypt and all the way to Christ. Is an example of the Christian's life from the time of salvation through to the end of their earthly New Spiritual Life in Christ. 2. Wilderness living is captured well by the term _"having just enough."_ Even the statement _"give us this day our daily bread"_ applied to this old covenant paradigm. However, after salvation there are those who live in misery and death despite coming out of Egypt _(sin and death)._ In the wilderness there's daily bread _(quail and manna)._ Notice, there's no variety, it is a staple and not a balanced diet. Check your diet at home. Is there variety? 3. The Promised Land is a victorious christian who is living according to the scriptures *•Eph.1:11.* The Promised Land experience is best defined by _"more than enough."_ That is a land flowing with milk and honey. `Note:` God Himself protects bees _(they sting and can fly super fast)_ because without them biodiversity would cease. Here, is Advancing Christianity as opposed to Survival Christianity for the Wilderness Christian. 4. In the wilderness, you don't lack. On the other hand, nor do you flourish. If you are NOT SAVING 20% of your income in HMC then you are still a wilderness christian. Your prayer requests are mainly about provision and not winning souls or taking new territory. `Now, let's go for the jugular-` in the wilderness, you are exposed to harsh weather _(living in tents and nomadic)._ That is equivalent to renting. That is why in WH we disciple everyone to buy land and build. 5. There was no tithing in the wilderness. The instruction to tithe was given to the Promise Land season of Israel's journey. Jericho was Israel's first fruit when they first entered the Promised Land. Everything in the city was to be given to the Lord. Everything was to be destroyed and every citizen of Jericho to be killed except Rahab and her family. Israel was to not get a single benefit from conquering Jericho. 6. Abstain from every accursed thing *•Joshua 6:18-20 •Genesis 4:3-8 •1 Kings 3:5-15* `First Fruits is for your promotion. You can choose today which group of christian you will live like.` God wasn't angry with Cain perse, it was the kind of offering that Abel gave. The results of Abel's first fruit was so obvious that Cain envied him. Examples of First Fruits in the Bible;- Abraham was tasked to give his only son, Solomon's 1,000 sacrifice of cattle. 7. Ultimately, God is the original 'First Fruit Giver.' *John 3:16* says that; _"God loved the world that He gave His one and only begotten son..."_ Every believing christian is a result of God's first fruit of giving His Son Jesus.
