Ezekiel 34:26 Only God can send showers upon the vegetation of earth. Grace is like that, too. It is a gift of God; we cannot create it ourselves. God's grace is also plentiful. He sends showers, and so it is with grace. If God gives a blessing, He usually gives it in such proportions that we don't have room to receive it all. Grace to make us zealous, to get us through this life and on to heaven. God's grace, like rain, is also seasonable. What is your season this morning? Are you in a drought? Then that is the season for God's showers. Is it a season of weariness and dark clouds?
