PLEASE FOCUS ON USING VISA DEBIT CARDS. Bank Transfers will not get there in time [for the majority]. And remember it is now weekend in Makkah and will be weekend here tomorrow. 💳 CALL YOUR BANK....Highly recommended calling your banking institution and flagging with them a large amount to be transferred. 💳 You may need to increase daily limit. Stay on the phone with them until this time. ASK THEM TO INCREASE LIMIT whilst on the phone..... 💳 When topping up. Top up your account with the highest amount for on your Plan A, B, C list. For example if your least preferred package is 5000 SAR higher than your first preferred package, top up the 5000 SAR to be safe 💳 Try starting with smaller amounts before then attempting to load the entire amount. Remember STAY ON THE PHONE WITH YOUR BANK. 💳 If you wish to top up larger amounts or in one transaction, we recommend calling your bank and staying on the call with them until it goes through. Also, don't top up the same transaction over and over again. If you topped up 10,000 SAR the first time, maybe do 8,000 the second or 12,000. The moment you start topping up similar amounts, it can be picked up as fraud. 💳 If your transaction doesn't go through, it's not Nusuk; it's your bank, no matter what they say. It is your bank's Fraud Department. Escalate it and get it sorted out with your Bank. Stay with them on the phone to try to process the transaction. 💳 If Nusuk pops up with an error whilst loading the money. Take a deep breath, making du'aa. Try either logging out and then back in, try another Web browser ie if you are using Chrome, try your iPad / Safari etc 💳 Remain calm InShaa’Allah and keep trying. Some cards will be blocked and can be unblocked when you log into your account so try this.
