*PACKAGE & CONFIGURATION UPDATE* As some of you have noticed the Booking details button on your Nusuk dashboard may be missing or the package in your basket is not allowing you to proceed with the configuration. 📢 This is due to the fact that *A4500J DT* and *A4900J DT* have been and will be temporarily unavailable on Nusuk as the capacities are being reallocated to the new Al Muaisim package codes, which are *A4500U DT* and *A4900U DT*. So please remain calm, do not panic and we'll let you know once both package types are back online inshallah. 🔄 The new packages - with Mina camp in Al Muaisim - *A4500U DT* and *A4900U DT*, as well as the Quad Plus packages *A4510U DT* and *A4910U DT* are awaiting approval – we hope for good news within 24-48 hours and will update you as soon as they’re live! Remain patient and make du'a! 🤲We understand the delays can be stressful and frustrating. But remember, Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "I am amazed by the believer. If he is granted goodness, he praises Allah and is grateful. If he is afflicted with a calamity, he praises Allah and is patient. The believer is rewarded for every matter, even lifting a morsel of food to his wife’s mouth." There is wisdom in every part of this journey (the delays so far have meant new packages and new flight options based on your feedback!). This is all part of the test of patience, and ultimately all part of your reward for Hajj inshallah. 💡 Stay patient, focus on Ramadan, prepare yourself spiritually have faith in Allah's divine plan and trust the process.
