Hiring: Business Development Officer (Agricultural Commodities) Location: Nigeria (with international travel as needed) Department: International Trade & Exports Reports to: CEO / Director of Exports Salary: Competitive + Performance - Based IncentivesQualifications & Skills: •Minimum 3-5 years of experience in export management, business development, supply chain or international trade (preferably in agricultural commodities). •Proven experience in managing the end-to-end export process, from procurement to shipping. •Strong ability to negotiate, develop sales strategies, and close deals with international buyers. •Solid understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and logistics management. •Proficiency with B2B platforms (Alibaba, Tridge, ExportHub, TradeKey etc.) and other trade resources. •Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. •Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Arabic, Hausa) is a plus. •A degree in Business, International Trade, Agricultural Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
