ATE Product Development Engineer Experience: 10yrs Job Description: · Experience with Data analysis tools (JMP, Data power, O+, PDF Solutions, etc.) for Vmin, Yield, Test Time & Bin Pareto Analysis · Ability to write scripts to automate and speed up data analysis in a repeated manner with different input data sets (mainly Tester STDF format) and sources · Analyse test and characterization data to benchmark performance specifications; Define NPI and production test plans, Does for product performance study · Support product sustaining activities for yield improvement, lot disposition, test time reduction and RMA management · Partnering with the ATE, Bench, SLT, FA, Qual, Vector Simulation Test teams for test program definition, test hardware specification and vector generation guidelines · Knowledge on Advantest 93K & Teradyne J750 tester platforms; Hands-on experience on Smartest 8 versions · Hands-on experience on ATE Test Program Development, Digital device testing, and debug · Test Vector plan creation with DFT/DV/SIM/PE teams. Bring up and debug test patterns, development of test flows. · Yield debug activities. Yield report preparation on a weekly basis. WS/FT Yield analysis (fetching data from data tools), unit search analysis, identifying the outliers, failures, and issues. Debug rejects with respective block owners. · Debug rejects with respective block owners. Support Test Time Reduction activities. · Create detailed project execution timelines / graphs / Gantt charts (mainly Post-Silicon) and update / maintain throughout the project lifecycle.
