I've been thinking about how no matter how brilliant someone is, no one can rise to the top alone. We all need help, support, and collaboration to achieve greatness. Even Nelson Mandela, one of the most iconic leaders in history, relied on the support and efforts of countless individuals to achieve the monumental change in South Africa. His journey was fueled by the collective strength and determination of many who stood by him. Even the most successful people in history had a team or community behind them. Individualism, in its purest form, is impractical. We thrive when we work together, share knowledge, and lift each other up. Let's remember to support one another and collaborate whenever possible. Together, we can achieve so much more than we could alone.
