Working with a talented team of creatives, strategists, and analysts, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth for DTC and eCommerce brands. 🎯 Top Responsibilities: 📊 Campaign Management – Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns to meet performance metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA). 🎨 Creative Collaboration – Partner with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content and strategies. 📈 Data Analysis – Monitor performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for scaling campaigns. 🧪 A/B Testing – Conduct tests on audiences, creatives, and strategies to maximize campaign impact. 💰 Compensation: $1,500 – $3,000 USD/month (based on experience) via Wise 📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
