Sexual harassment (SH) is defined as unwanted conduct, bullying or intimidation of a sexual nature or the unwelcome or inappropriate promise of rewards in exchange for sexual favours. Through the Research team, the Commission conducted a study to confront this phenomenon, investigated measures to address sexual harassment in higher education institutions, and assessed the adequacy of these interventions in tackling SH against students in the institutions.
