We have two exciting updates on JWD (The remote tech jobs search platform we are building at DEXA ) No.1. [Minor Update for Job seekers] The search by category/region is now live for all: - Techies (job Candidates) can now search jobs and filter them out by categories. Which means you can specifically search for just web designer jobs or VA jobs and in which countries you want the employer to be. We'll update the list of available countries soon. 2. [Major update - For Employers] Because we love data and analytics, this one is important to us. As a company, employer, HR, etc, When you list a job on JWD, you can now see, in the backend, how your listing is performing. You'll see stats like: - How many people viewed the job - Unique visitors - Search impressions - SCTR - How many people who clicked on "Apply" - How many proposals that was sent - How many people you interviewed for that job Etc..
