🚨 Types of Bail under BNSS, 2023 🚨
🔹 Regular Bail – Granted after arrest. For bailable offences, bail is a right. For non-bailable offences, it's at the court's discretion.
🔹 Anticipatory Bail – Pre-arrest bail for non-bailable offences. Apply to High Court or Sessions Court if you fear arrest.
🔹 Mandatory Bail – Also called default bail. If the investigation isn’t completed in time, the accused must be released.
🔹 Bail on Medical Grounds – Granted if the accused is seriously ill and needs treatment not available in custody.
