*Damco Solutions* is hiring for *Drupal Architect* Location: Bangalore, Noida, Gurugram Currently Hybrid mode: 3 days WFOKey Responsibilities: Solution Design and Architecture: Define and design robust Drupal architectures that address complex master-child relationships, multilingual capabilities, and non-functional requirements like performance, accessibility, and analytics. Create scalable solutions for enterprise-level applications, ensuring alignment with Nestlé’s strategic goals. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to Drupal best practices and coding standards. Mentor and upskill team members to foster technical excellence within the team. DevOps: Optimize workflows for CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments and version control. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work closely with the Nestlé account stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives. Collaborate with experience designers, business analysts, and QA teams to deliver seamless and high-quality web solutions. Performance Optimization and SEO: Architect solutions that meet stringent performance and SEO requirements, leveraging tools and techniques to optimize page load times and search engine visibility. Ensure compliance with accessibility standards such as WCAG. Analytics and Reporting Integration: Design and implement analytics solutions to capture user behavior and provide actionable insights. Required Qualifications: Experience: 8+ years of hands-on experience in Drupal development, with 2+ years in a technical architect role. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Drupal 9/10, PHP, Symfony, and related frameworks. Expertise in multilingual and multi-site architecture. Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs, web services, and headless Drupal implementations. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins. Awareness of security best practices and related tools. Configuration Management: In-depth understanding of Drupal’s Configuration Management and Configuration Split features. Performance and SEO Optimization: Proven track record of delivering performant and SEO-friendly web solutions. Soft Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Certification in Drupal or related technologies is a plus.
