Role: Senior Flutter Developer Type: Remote, Hourly Based Budget: $2k–$3.5k/month About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to lead the development of their mobile application, ensuring it is architecturally sound, scalable, and optimized for performance. This role requires deep expertise in Flutter and mobile development best practices, as well as the ability to provide technical direction and guide the team in implementing high-quality solutions. About You: • 8+ years of professional mobile development experience.     • 3+ years of experience working with flutter.     • Deep understanding of state management in both Flutter and Dart.     • Deep Knowledge of flutter design and architectural patterns.     • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and Websocket for real-time communication.     • Previous experience managing large codebases, and improving performance.     • Strong proficiency in mobile UI/UX principles, animations, and custom widget development.     • Experience with Firebase services (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, Push Notifications).     • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills, including memory management and profiling tools.     • Experience with automated testing in Flutter (unit, widget, and integration testing). What the job involves • Architect, develop, and maintain the company's Flutter mobile application, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.     • Design and implement a robust, scalable, and efficient mobile architecture that aligns with business goals and best practices.     • Review, debug, and enhance the existing Flutter codebase to fix bugs, improve efficiency, and add new features as required.     • Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs, optimize database interactions, and ensure smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.     • Ensure the app is highly performant, with fast load times, smooth animations, and efficient data handling.     • Stay updated with the latest Flutter and mobile development trends, proactively improving the app by implementing best development and deployment strategies.     • Conduct thorough code reviews, maintain clean documentation, and ensure adherence to coding standards.     • Contribute to strategic decisions on feature development, UX/UI improvements, and technical roadmaps.     • Implement unit testing, integration testing, and automated UI tests to maintain app stability and ensure seamless updates.
