Today, I will be showing you how to Fill your JAMB Form Without Making Costly Mistakes. *JAMB Form has 5 sections, namely: ESSENTIAL INFORMATION, OTHER INFORMATION, CHOISES OF INSTITUTION, UTME SUBJECTS, AND O'LEVEL INFORMATION.* So let's take them one by one. *SECTION A: ESSENTIAL INFORMATION* *PROFILE CODE*: Write your JAMB Profile Code here. If you haven’t obtained it, send your NIN to 55019. *PIN*: Enter your JAMB ePIN here. You can only purchase the ePIN after obtaining your JAMB Profile Code. It is available for purchase at banks, authorized ePIN vendors, and other approved outlets. *Names*: Provide your full name in this order: Surname, First Name, and Middle Name. Ensure there are no errors. *Date of Birth*: Enter your date of birth in the following format: Day - Month - Year. *Sex*: Indicate your gender: Male or Female. *Marital Status*: Select your marital status. For most applicants, this will be SINGLE. If married, indicate accordingly. If single, leave the Maiden Name and Previous Name fields blank. *GSM*: Provide the phone number used to obtain your JAMB Profile Code. *Nationality:* If you are Nigerian, write Nigerian. If not, specify your country of nationality. *State of Origin / LGA:* Nigerian applicants should provide their State of Origin and Local Government Area (LGA). *NIN Update:* Have you made corrections to your Biodata at NIMC after your last registration? If yes, tick YES. If no, tick NO. *SECTION B: OTHER INFORMATION* *Disability Status*: If you have any disabilities or challenges, indicate them here. Otherwise, select NONE. *Email Address*: Enter your correct email address carefully. Any mistake may prevent you from receiving important updates, and you may not be able to change it after JAMB registration. *Contact Address*: Provide the address of your current residence. *Preferred State of Exam*: Select the state where you wish to take the JAMB exam. *Exam Town*: Choose the specific town within your selected state where you want to write the exam. Pro Tip: Ensure the town has an approved JAMB CBT center. You can check the official list of JAMB CBT centers in different states before making a choice. *JAMB Mock Exam*: If you wish to participate in the optional JAMB mock exam, select YES; otherwise, select NO. Note: The mock exam is just for practice, and your score will not affect your main JAMB exam result. *SECTION C: CHOICES OF INSTITUTION* _This section allows you to select the institutions and courses you wish to apply for._ *First Choice*: You can choose any institution, including a Federal, State, or Private University, Polytechnic, or College of Education. *Second Choice*: Your second choice can be a University, Polytechnic, or College of Education. *Important Note:* Your first choice does not have to be a university; it can be a Polytechnic or College of Education. *Example:* _1st Choice_: Federal University Dutse (You can also choose a State or Private University) _2nd Choice_: Delta State University _3rd Choice_: Federal Polytechnic Oko _4th Choice:_ Any Innovation Enterprise Institution (IEI) – The CBT center will guide you in selecting one. *SECTION D: UTME SUBJECTS* _In this section, you will select the subjects you want to take in the JAMB exam._ Choose your subjects carefully—do not select subjects randomly. Ensure your choices match the correct JAMB subject combination for your desired course of study. Incorrect subject combinations can cost you admission, even if you meet the cutoff mark. *Tip*: Before selecting your subjects, check the official JAMB Brochure (we will send it to you soon) to confirm the required subject combination for your course. *SECTION E: O'LEVEL INFORMATION* _This section is for entering your WAEC/NECO details._ *School/Private Candidate:* If you wrote GCE, select PRIVATE. If you wrote the exam as a school candidate, select SCHOOL. *Awaiting Result (AR):* - If you have not yet written WAEC/NECO, list the subjects you will write. - In the Grade column, enter AR (Awaiting Result). *Tip*: Ensure the subjects you list match the requirements for your chosen course to avoid admission issues.
