Al-Imām Ibn Bāz رحمه الله said: “My sincere advice to all of the Muslims is to fear Allāh Almighty and to welcome this great month of theirs (i.e. Ramadān) with truthful repentance from every sin.” [Fatāwā Ibn Bāz (15/51)]
