🟡 Tuesday 11 February 2025 - 16:30 🟡Thanks to a Ward 71 resident and Cape Talk, I was made aware of the escape of a Pollsmoor Prison Inmate on Monday 10 February 2025 (yesterday) whilst I was in a meeting this afternoon. 🟡Media releases of this type are the responsibility of the Dept of Correctional Services, and the local roleplayers/entities who have a direct connection with the relevant SAPS Station Commander. 🟡It is most unfortunate that our residents were not timeously advised of the escape. 🟡He has however most likely beat a hasty retreat from our community, but should you come across him please immediately contact SAPS on 10111. #ward71 #cllrcaro
