Position Details: Coordinator
- Location: Al Sadd
- Duty Hours: 08:30 am to 05:30 pm, including 1-hour break, 06 days per week, Day Shift, No Overtime
- Additional Requirements: Arabic speaker
- Availability: Immediately available candidates required
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for Job Booking, Billing Activities, and other commercial activities for internal and external customers.
2. Generation of Purchase Authorization, Purchase Orders, etc.
3. Vendor and Customer creation/Management, etc.
4. Document Controller for Technology Division.
5. Managing logistics and commercial activities with local and international vendors and logistics.
6. Customer invoicing and payment collection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience & Skills:
1. Sales coordination and sales operations skills.
2. Customer service and communication skills.
3. Experience in sales processes.
4. Vendor and customer management.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
8. Knowledge of document control procedures is a plus.
