Ward 46 Councillor, Sihle Mazibuko, earlier today handed over certificates of appreciation to more than 30 municipal and other government department representatives, in recognition of their significant role in fast-tracking service delivery in and around the ward. The programme was held at Nkanyisweni Community Hall.
