EThekwini Municipality Mayor, Councillor Cyril Xaba, led the City delegation to Lamontville to assess the damage caused by last night's heavy rains, which claimed five lives. The provincial government, represented by the MEC for Transport and Human Settlements, Mr Siboniso Duma and MEC for COGTA, Rev Thulasizwe Buthelezi also visited the area.
