​​Медіація – це коли “виграти” означає разом. Виграти за будь-яку ціну, чи варто воно того? Як далеко ви готові зайти задля відчуття переможця? А можливо виграти це про те, щоб знайти шлях до win-win рішення?  В медіації кожен має відчути, що його інтереси враховані.
