#somalia: Al Shabaab (Al Qaeda affiliate) overruns SNA bases in El-Ali Ahmed, Daru-Nima and Ali Fooldhere, Middle Shabelle region. They claimed to have seized El-Ali Ahmed, Daru-Nima, and Ali Fooldhere from SNA. They also claimed seizing an SNA base in Alkowthar village near AdanYabal. Hirshabelle Police Commander Col. Hassan Dhicisow was reportedly wounded in the attack.
