The Honorary Consulate of Brazil in Zanzibar wishes to inform the public that the Chief Police, Fire Brigade and Marine authorities from the Government of Rio the Janeiro Brazil responsible for the World Cup, Olympic Games, Carnival and G20 are here in Zanzibar to establish Technical Cooperation and specialized training aimed at helping prepare and qualify Zanzibar for the World-Class major events including receiving investments for Sports and Tourism. The delegation is led by Commander of the Rio de Janeiro Tourist Police Chief, Cel Wallerson Scherrer da Silva, Major Célio Alves, Riot Police Battalion (PMERJ - Brazil and Cel Renato Almeida Grigorovski, Creator of the Stadium Prevention Gathering Group.
