*Cheran Arts Science College* and *Cheran College for Women* successfully conducted a *Two-Day Soft Skills Training Programme* in collaboration with Magic Bus Foundation from February 17 to February 18, 2025, for final-year students. The program was organized under the guidance of Dr. J. Ghayathri, Principal, CASC and coordinated by Mr. S. Amuthan, Placement Officer, Cheran Group of Institutions, and Mr. A. Shyam Wilson Prabu, Placement Coordinator. This initiative aimed to enhance students' professional competencies and career readiness. The event commenced with a warm welcome to Mr. Muthukumar, Sr. Executive – HR, Magic Bus Foundation, and Mr. Logesh, Sr. Executive, by Ms. Sasi, MBA I Year. On Day 1, insightful sessions covered goal-setting, verbal and nonverbal communication, and interactive group discussions on key topics like finance, governance, technology, the environment, and social media. On Day 2, students gained valuable knowledge on resume building, overcoming life’s challenges, and motivation for career growth. The program concluded with a greeting speech by Mr. A. Shyam Wilson Prabu, a special address by Dr. J. Ghayathri, student reflections from CASC and CWC, and a vote of thanks by Mr. Ranjith, a third-year Computer Science student. This impactful training equipped students with essential skills to thrive in their professional journeys.
