The Training & Placement Cell of *Cheran Arts Science College* and *Cheran College for Women* successfully organized a *Campus Recruitment Drive* on February 24, 2025, at the college campus. The event, which commenced at 10:30 AM in the Seminar Hall, saw enthusiastic participation from final-year UG & PG students, offering them valuable exposure to industry expectations and career opportunities. The session began with a welcome address by Ms. Nirmala, a first-year MBA student, followed by the introduction of the guest profile by Mr. S. Amuthan, Placement Officer, Cheran Group of Institutions. The session was then handed over to Mr. Guruprasad, WFM Coordinator at KIN Railway Equipment Pvt Ltd, who provided insights into the company’s job roles, salary packages, and career growth opportunities, helping students align their skills with industry demands. A total of 89 students actively participated in the recruitment process, showcasing their communication skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm. The recruitment panel included industry experts such as Mr. Guruprasad (KIN Railway Equipment Pvt Ltd), Mr. Kumar (Integra Automation Pvt Ltd), Mrs. Tharani (Super Sales India Ltd), and Mr. Thangapandi (Super Sales India Ltd). They were impressed with the students’ preparedness and potential. The final selection results will be announced soon, and selected candidates will receive offer letters from the respective companies. The recruiters appreciated the structured placement process at CASC & CWC and expressed their keen interest in continuing collaborations for future hiring opportunities.
