The Training & Placement Cell of *Cheran Arts Science College and Cheran College for Women* successfully conducted a *Campus Recruitment Drive* on February 25, 2025, at the college campus. The event, which began at 10:00 AM in the Seminar Hall, saw enthusiastic participation from final-year UG & PG students. Designed to bridge academic learning with industry exposure, the drive provided valuable career opportunities and hands-on experience in the corporate sector. The session commenced with a welcome address by Mr. A. Shyam Wilson Prabu, Placement Coordinator, CASC, followed by an introduction of the guest profile by Mr. S. Amuthan, Placement Officer, Cheran Group of Institutions. The session was then led by Mr. Sarath, HR Manager at Foxconn Hon Hai Technology & PVR, who delivered a detailed presentation on job roles, salary packages, and career growth opportunities. His insights gave students a deeper understanding of industry expectations and career pathways. A total of 40 students participated in the interview rounds, showcasing their strong communication skills, adaptability, and enthusiasm. The recruitment panel, consisting of Mr. Sarath and Mr. Pannerselvam, HR Managers at Foxconn Hon Hai Technology & PVR, commended the students for their preparedness and potential. Out of the participants, 19 students successfully secured placements and received offer letters. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the Placement Coordinator, expressing gratitude to the recruiters for their support and the students for their active participation. The recruiters appreciated the well-structured placement process and the high caliber of students at CASC & CWC, reaffirming their commitment to future collaborations.
