Coordination Meeting Held with Chiefs of Staff of Ministries and Emirate Agencies
On February 12, 2025, a coordination meeting was held regarding the implementation of the order of the esteemed Amirul Momineen (May Allah Preserve Him) concerning the annual results-based plan. The meeting took place in the conference hall of the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs, with the participation of the Chiefs of Staff of ministries, independent agencies, and Emirate-owned companies, under the chairmanship of Mawlavi Mohammad Taoos Tariq, Director of Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis of Emirate Reports at the General Directorate of Administrative Affairs.
In his opening remarks, Mawlavi Tariq expressed his gratitude for the participation of the Chiefs of Staff. He stated that the monthly, quarterly, and annual plans of various agencies are consolidated by the Planning, Evaluation, and Analysis Directorate and presented to the esteemed Amirul Momineen (May Allah Preserve Him).
Mr. Tariq further noted that most ministries and agencies have implemented their plans. He urged the Chiefs of Staff to submit their implementation reports in accordance with the annual plan and in coordination with their respective leaderships. These reports would then be properly presented to the esteemed Amirul Momineen (May Allah Preserve Him).
During the meeting, participants exchanged views on planning, policies, budgeting, and reporting procedures. They also shared their perspectives and suggestions on improving plan implementation and enhancing the reporting process.
Mawlavi Mohammad Taoos Tariq carefully listened to the opinions and suggestions of the Chiefs of Staff. He emphasized that to strengthen coordination and address existing challenges, he would share the meeting’s requests and proposals with the leadership and relevant authorities to ensure a comprehensive resolution of the issues.
The meeting, which began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, concluded with a prayer for goodwill.
