One week after MTN Nigeria, the largest telecoms operator in the country raised its internet prices by 50%, Airtel Nigeria, the second-largest operator, has also raised its prices. This follows the approval from the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) for telecoms to raise their prices by 50%.
In addition, Airtel Nigeria implemented a 25 kobo flat rate per second of calls.
