🍁YOUR SALVATION WASN'T CHEAP 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 > _Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God,_ > _and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price;_ > _therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s._ Verse 20 says > For you were bought at a price; Your salvation cost Jesus everything. It cost him: * *Heavenly Riches* (Became poor just for you) * *Heavenly Glory* (Came to earth living his glory just for you) * *His Blood* (Precious blood was shed just for you) * *His righteousness* (instead Took your sin in exchange for his righteousness) * *His Life* (Experienced death so you don't have to face the second death) * *Suffering pain* (Just so u get life) * *Humiliation* (Just so you would be honoured) * *Mockery* (Because of you) * *Abandonment* (Abandoned by many of his followers and family because they did believe him to the end) * *Buried in a borrowed TOMB* (Because of you yet he was a King) Therefore if you profess to be his follower, then behave like one. Live a life that honours his sacrifice. > and you are not your own? But also knowing you are not of your own or you no longer own yourself, therefore another owns you who is Jesus You need to have him be master over all the affairs of your life and eventually you will be in good relationship with him.
