*House of Representatives Invites Stakeholders to Public Hearing on TETFUND Act (Amendment) Bill*
*Abuja, FCT | Tuesday, February 25, 2025* – The House of Representatives, through its Committee on TETFUND and Other Services, cordially invites stakeholders and the general public to a Public Hearing on:
*A Bill for an Act to Amend the Tertiary Education Trust Fund Act, 2011, to Provide for Additional Conditions for Accessing Funds for Capital Projects by Beneficiary Institutions and for Related Matters (HB. 02).*
The event will be formally declared open by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, *Rt. Honourable Abbas Tajudeen, PhD, GCON*, and is scheduled as follows:

In anticipation of the hearing, *Rep. Miriam Odinaka Onuoha*, Chairperson of the House Committee on TETFUND and Other Services, emphasized the importance of broad stakeholder engagement and invites submissions of memoranda from all relevant stakeholders, including Ministries, Departments, Agencies (MDAs), tertiary institutions, labour unions, student unions, and the general public.
