Meet the Farmers- Educate them about our technology through Field Trials/Demos/ Daily Field Visits/Farmer Meetings. 2. Achieving the Sales Target on timely basis & Collecting Payments & Clear Outstanding. 3. Responsible for Dealer and Retailer Network expansion. 4.
