Dear IFMSA Members, We are excited to announce the 2nd Call for Online Interpreters for the March Meeting 2025 (MM25)! IFMSA General Assemblies are among the most significant opportunities for medical students worldwide to engage, collaborate, and learn. However, language barriers remain a challenge, preventing many members from fully participating in discussions, decision-making processes, and networking opportunities. To foster a more inclusive and accessible environment, IFMSA is launching an Interpreters Team to support online translation during MM25 sessions, ensuring that language does not become a barrier to engagement. Who are we looking for? We are seeking bilingual volunteers to provide live interpretation in the following language pairs: English-Arabic (1 positions) English-Spanish (5 positions) English-French (8 positions) English-Portuguese (8 positions) Role & Responsibilities: Provide live online interpretation during MM25 sessions, including plenary, joint, and thematic sessions. Work in a coordinated team, following a structured schedule. Ensure a stable internet connection and attend preparatory meetings. What’s in it for you?
