I have a terrible habit according to general human standards but I consider it just fine.
I am more active and productive at night than during the day. An amazing thing I've discovered is that Praying and Meditating at the early hours of the day is usually amazing and stress-free. Anytime from 1am till 4am thereabout before people start waking up and as for me before I go to bed.
I hope there are not too many people like me. If there are, I'd encourage you to use the silent hours of the night for prayers, reading and meditation a lot more than you use it for fun.
... and for those who sleep at night, I'd encourage you wake up at dawn before too many people to spend some time with the quietness still available to pray, meditate and read as you see fit.
Jesus did that ... a long while before morning, He separated Himself to pray.
so whether you stay up late at night or you have to wake up early... borrow some of the quietness of the night to pray, meditate and read.
This is not a special dimension thing, it's a simple issue of using the quiet hours for effective productivity.
