Ladies and gentlemen, The 2025 Madaraka Day eagle has officially landed in Homa Bay County, with celebrations set to take place at Raila Odinga Stadium. With a focus on the Blue Economy and Maritime Affairs, preparations are in full swing to highlight the vast potential of South Nyanza. Along with Homa Bay Governor H.E. Gladys Wanga, the Principal Secretary for Internal Security and National Administration, Dr. Raymond Omollo, led the National Celebrations Steering Committee on an inspection of key facilities undergoing rehabilitation.
