Position: Bartender Location: White Elephant Bar (Lilongwe,Likuni) Type: Full-Time About Us: At White Elephant Bar, we specialize in delivering a memorable experience through expertly crafted drinks and an inviting atmosphere. Whether it’s a classic cocktail, a signature creation, or a refreshing beer, our focus is on quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a wide variety of drinks, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Interact with customers, providing recommendations and delivering excellent customer service Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware and restocking supplies Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system Ensure compliance with all alcohol laws and regulations Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and friendly manner Keep track of inventory and assist with ordering supplies as needed Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and energetic bar atmosphere Requirements: Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment preferred Strong knowledge of drink recipes, cocktails, and mixology techniques Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor A team player with a positive attitude Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the local jurisdiction If you’re a passionate bartender who thrives in a lively atmosphere and loves providing outstanding service, we want to meet you!
