The much-awaited Keshav Kunj complex will be managed by Sir Sanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat. The inauguration ceremony will be led by Sir Karyavaha Dattatreya Hosabale. Spread over 5 lakh square feet on a 4-acre site, the high-rise complex has three high-rise buildings, residential quarters, a library with 8,500 books and a five-bed hospital. The foundation stone of the RSS office near Jhandenwala in Delhi was first laid in 1939. The construction of the first floor was done in 1969, followed by the second floor in 1980. Now, After 50 years, the company has taken up the construction of this building with state-of-the-art facilities. In August 2016, Dr. Bhagwat Keshav laid the foundation stone of the new office building. It has three tall towers, Sadhana, Prerna and Archana. Gujarati architect Anup Dubey was selected to design the state-of-the-art structure. The building reflects a blend of Gujarati, Rajasthani and traditional Indian architectural styles. It was built to symbolize the community's common way of life, cultural heritage, and environmental friendliness, keeping in mind safety and future needs. About 75,000 volunteers donated Rs 150 crore for the construction of this building. This office has 300 rooms and three large auditoriums. The Ashok Singhal Auditorium has a seating capacity of 463, the second hall can accommodate 650 people and the third hall can accommodate 250 people. Parking space has been provided for 270 vehicles. The facility also has a modern press conference room with LED screens for media conferences. The Keshav Kunj building consists of three tall towers, each with 12 floors. *1. Sadhana Tower*: Serves as a regional office with administrative offices. The tenth floor houses a library with digital archives of 8,500 books. It is accessible to the public. It houses the offices of Sangh publications like Bharat Prakashan, Suruchi Prakashan, Panchajanya, Organizer. *2. Prerna Tower*: A residence has been set up for important activists who are on tour. It provides them with accommodation and workspace. There is a special hall for journalists on the ninth floor. Sir Sanghchalak Dr. Mohan Bhagwat, Sir Karyavaha Dattatreya Hosabel and other dignitaries stay in this building whenever they visit the national capital. *3. Archana Tower*: Dedicated for support staff and visitors from other cities. There are 80 rooms for their accommodation. On the ground floor there is a clinic, a five-bed hospital to serve residents and visitors. The dining hall has a seating capacity of 80 people at a time. Granite window and door frames have been used instead of wood to reduce deforestation. A significant sewage treatment system (STP) treats waste internally. External discharge is avoided. 140 KW solar panels have been installed to promote the use of renewable energy. For security reasons, the entire building complex is under CCTV surveillance.
