Brigadier Abraham Biwot, Commander of the Kenya Navy Base Mtongwe, represented the Commander of the Kenya Navy at Exercise AMAN 2025, held at the Pakistan Naval Academy (PNS Rahbar) in Karachi, Pakistan. The two-day AMAN Dialogue provided a platform for Chiefs of Navies, Coast Guards, Defence Forces, and academia to exchange views on global and regional security challenges. The discussions focused on fostering innovative solutions to emerging maritime issues.
