Brigadier General Martin Mutale from Zambia and other observers visited the Humanitarian Peace Support School (HPSS) during the Observers Day. The visit was aimed at assessing the implementation and effectiveness of Counter Insurgency, Terrorism, and Stability Operations (CITSO) strategies, which will provide valuable insights into operational strengths and areas for improvements that will help refine CITSO approaches and enhance overall mission effectiveness.
