The Base Commander of Laikipia Air Base (LAB), Brigadier Mohamud Farah, represented the Chief of the Defence Forces at the 115th Scout Founder’s Day celebrations on 22 February 2025. The event began at Outspan Hotel, Nyeri, with a flag-off ceremony, followed by a procession to the Baden Powell Historical Gardens for a wreath-laying ceremony at the gravesite of Scouting’s founder.
