BIBLE STUDY & PRAYERS ✝️ 🛐

*DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF WITH EVIL PEOPLE, GOD HAS SHOWN YOU MERCY* *"But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children’s children;" Psalm 103:17 NKJV* When the Bible talks about God’s mercy, it means the good things that God does for people. God’s mercy is His kindness, goodness, and forgiveness, even when people deserve punishment. God’s heart is full of love, and that is why He does not punish us as we deserve but instead shows us mercy and blesses us. *"But the mercy of the Lord is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him."* This verse shows that God's mercy is not temporary; it has always been there and will always be there. Also, it says that this mercy is for those who fear God. This means if you fear God, He will show you mercy—He will do good things for you even when you do not deserve them, and when you deserve punishment, He will forgive you. If you are a righteous person and fear God, there may be times when you make mistakes in life or even sin against God. But when you sin, no matter how big your mistake is, God will not hate you or see you as worthless. It is true that God hates sin and evil, but if you have always tried to live a righteous life, He will show you mercy when you fail. God’s mercy is upon you from eternity to eternity, and He also says, *"And His righteousness to children’s children."* This means even your children will be blessed because of God's mercy. So, do not lose hope because of your weaknesses or mistakes. Remember that King David committed murder and adultery, but when he repented, God forgave him. Moses also made a big mistake by killing an Egyptian, but God still used him. The Word of God says, *"For a righteous man may fall seven times And rise again, But the wicked shall fall by calamity." Proverbs 24:16 NKJV* So, do not compare yourself with evil people. If you sin against God, repent, and He will forgive you. Also, forgive yourself—do not judge yourself too harshly. Accept and receive the forgiveness we have through Jesus Christ. *Prayer:* Lord Jesus, I thank You for Your mercy upon me. I believe that You were crucified so that I may be made righteous. Your mercy is upon me always. Amen. ------------------ Author: Minister Lucas Kaaya https://whatsapp.com/channel/0029VakOdopFHWq9JX71Kj0
