I asked for recommendations and you guys came up trumps! Volcano Falls Xscape in Milton Keynes is awesome. There's three courses and they all have great theming, there's also lots of interactive elements to the holes which Smallest Child loved. I think the singing wave or maybe the dinosaur are her favourites. This place came across as really family friendly, even though they do cater for adults as well.
