All India Stray Round Registration - Eligible Candidates - What to do for choice filling 1) Candidates who have not registered at all in All India Counselling till now do New Candidate registration 2) All other eligible candidates - login through the "Registered Candidates Sign-In" Option and fill choices once choice filling is open. Don't need to pay registration fee or security deposit again except if you are under 3) 3) If you had resigned an AI round 2 seat or did not join an allotted seat in AI Round 2 (in both cases -exited with forfeiture), and did not pay security deposit again in AI Round 3 (did not participate) - in that case alone you need to pay security deposit again for filling choices in AI Stray. Login should still be through "Registered Candidates Sign-In" and post that you need to pay the security deposit before filling choices (only if exited with forfeiture in round 2 and then did not pay security deposit again in round 3) 4) If you wish to add quota (add Deemed or DNB etc.), or for category from SC/ST/OBC/EWS to GEN then you can use the reset registration (Unlock registration) option. Please use that option only for this purpose. Don't use reset registration option without knowing what it is for. Note 1: AI round 3 allotted candidates (whether joined or not) - till last year were not able to fill choices. They were blocked from filling choices Note 2: If you are a state round 3 joined candidate (as in if you are in the list of State seat holder at the end of state round 3 - as shared by your state) - then you still might be able to fill choices. This does not mean you are eligible for AI Round 3. MCC will remove the list of joined candidates as shared by states during allotment. We would suggest not to fill choices Note 3: AI Stray Allotted and not joined candidates will be debarred from NEET PG Exam 2025. So please fill right choices.
