Once that’s done, Maharashtra will move forward with counselling. 2. Assam: After the cancellation of Round 2, results were re-declared, and the joining process is underway. Round 3 will be conducted soon, so stay tuned! 3. Chandigarh: The domicile issue is still in the process of being settled, especially after that Supreme Court order. This is holding up Round 3 from starting, but it’ll likely begin once the matter is cleared. 4. Madhya Pradesh: Madhya Pradesh is significantly delayed, and Round 3 has not yet started.
