All India Counseling - PG Medical The Stray vacancy eligibility criteria is as below 1) AI Round 3 allotted (whether joined or not) are not eligible for AI Stray. AI R1 seat retained, AI R2 seat retained, AI Round 3 joined, AI Round 3 allotted and did not - all are ineligible. 2) Candidates holding a state seat are not eligible for AI Stray (holding any state round seat which is in JOINED status as per the list sent by state). States are supposed to share the State seat holders and they will be removed from AI Stray. Rest all are eligible. Note 1: States might create confusion in the lists sent - but above is the clear ineligibility / eligibility rule by MCC. Note 2: MCC has added Point No:4 in their recent notification to clarify on State Allotted and Did not join eligibility for AI Stray.
