🚩 #توثيق من المستغرب جدا، والمخيف جدا ما تقوم بها وزارة الداخلية في الحكومة المؤقتة. ▪️بعد اعتقال المدعو جاسم أبو معاوية وهو مسلح من منطقة تلكلخ، يوجد توثيقات واضحة وتم نشرها مرارا، وهو يحمل السلاح، وهو يدخل للمناطق المدنية ويطلق النار، وهو يدخل قرية الجعفريات في ليلة مقتل المختار واثنين من القرية، وهو يترك تعليقات تضعه بخانة التهمة بخصوص مخطوفات ومخطوفين، وهو يثير التحريض الطائفي علنا. 🚫 تم إخراجه بعد أقل من ٢٤ ساعة وتبرئته وتوقيع تعهد ان لا يقتل مرة أخرى وأن لايرمي القنابل ويطلق النار من الأسلحة باتجاه الاحياء المدنية، وطبعا سيفعل. ▪️بعد اعتقال مجموعة مسلحين في منطقة الغمقة طرطوس وهي تقوم بعمليات السرقة والنهب وتم تسليمهم للأمن العام 🚫 تم الإفراج عنهم بعد أقل ٢٤ ساعة، حيث تعهدوا بعدم شرقة ونهب المنازل والاعتداء على الحقوق الشخصية وممتلكات الأهالي. ▪️بعد قيام عناصر تابعة للأمن العام بإطلاق النار بشكل مباشر على الأهالي في حي الدعتور ما أدى لاستشهاد شخصين 🚫 صرحت وزارة الداخلية بأن من قام بإطلاق النار هم ”فلول نظام“ وأنه سيتم محاسبتهم!! ومن منظور ٱخر ▪️اعتقال عشرات المدنيين داخل كل قرية او منطقة يتم اقتحامها، ويستمر الاعتقال لأكثر من شهرين، دون أي خبر او تصريح عن مصيرهم ✅ يتم تصفيتهم تحت التعذيب وتسليم جثامينهم بشكل فردي من المشافي منعا لإظهار المجازر ▪️مئات المخطوفين في مختلف المحافظات السورية مع حركة سهلة وواسعة لمن يقوم بهذه الاعمال ✅ تسجل ضد مجهول، علما أن اغلب المناطق المستهدفة تكون محاطة بحواجز تابعة للامن العام، وبالتالي دخول وخروج المسلحين بشكل ميسر. ▪️ جرائم وحشية وعمليات خطف وقتل مثل جريمة عائلة جمول ✅ بعد أقل من ساعات، يصدر الحكم وفق ما تداولته وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ان الابن الناجي الوحيد من العائلة هو الفاعل وتمكن بمفرده من حمل عائلته كاملة ونقلها وفعل ما فعل في سياق لا يمكن لعقل طفل صغير أن يتقبله، ويصدر الحكم عليه بالإعدام وفق مصادر أهلية ؟! يحذر المركز الوطني لتوثيق الانتهاكات في سوريا أنه اذا سقطت شرعية القضاء والجهات التنفيذية، سقط الجميع. ويؤكد على ضرورة تطبيق تحقيقات واضحة وشفافة وعدم الكيل بمكيالين، وتجنب الالتفاف على الحقائق أو محاولة التستر على المجرمين. ...... 🚩 #documentation It is both shocking and alarming what the Ministry of Interior in the Interim Government is currently doing. ▪️ After the arrest of Jasem Abu Muawiya, an armed individual from the Talkalakh area, there were clear and repeatedly published documents showing him carrying weapons, entering civilian areas and opening fire, entering the village of Jaafriyat on the night the mukhtar (village head) and two other villagers were killed. Additionally, he had left comments that implicated him in cases of kidnappings and openly incited sectarian violence. 🚫 He was released in less than 24 hours, acquitted, and signed a pledge not to kill again, throw grenades, or fire weapons in civilian areas—and, of course, he will. ▪️ After a group of armed men were arrested in the Ghamqa area of Tartus while committing theft and looting, they were handed over to the General Security. 🚫 They were released in less than 24 hours, after pledging not to steal, loot homes, or violate personal rights and properties of the residents. ▪️ After members affiliated with the General Security opened direct fire on residents in Al-Da'tour neighborhood, resulting in the death of two individuals, 🚫 The Ministry of Interior claimed that those responsible were "remnants of the regime" and that they would be held accountable!! From another perspective: ▪️ Dozens of civilians are arrested in every village or area that is raided, and the detention lasts more than two months without any news or official statement about their fate. ✅ They are executed under torture, and their bodies are delivered individually from hospitals to prevent exposure of the massacres. ▪️ Hundreds of kidnapped individuals across various Syrian provinces, with kidnappers moving freely and easily. ✅ These cases are registered against "unknown perpetrators," even though most of the targeted areas are surrounded by General Security checkpoints, allowing militants to enter and exit effortlessly. ▪️ Brutal crimes and acts of kidnapping and murder, like the Jamoul family massacre. ✅ Within hours, according to social media reports, the surviving son of the family was declared the perpetrator. Allegedly, he managed to single-handedly carry out the entire crime, including moving his whole family and committing unspeakable acts in a way that defies logic or the mind of even a small child. He was sentenced to death, according to local sources. The National Center for the Documentation of Violations in Syria warns that if the legitimacy of the judiciary and executive authorities collapses, everyone falls with it. It emphasizes the necessity of conducting clear and transparent investigations, avoiding double standards, and refraining from covering up the truth or protecting criminals.
