Now, admin can set a time gap for punch in and punch out time. For ex, if you set 10 mins in time gap settings and someone enters at 9.25AM and again punches at 9:40AM, it will be marked as punch out. And, if someone punches 2-3 times regularly, that will be marked punch in bcz the time time gap must be 10 mins in this case. So, set your settings carefully.
