New Zealand seal their 2nd consecutive victory in the #ct2025, beating Bangladesh by 5 wickets in Rawalpindi! Bangladesh, batting first, posted 236/9 in 50 overs. Najmul Hossain Shanto top-scored with 77, while Jakir Ali chipped in with 45. Rishad Hossain's 26 was also a valuable contribution. However, Michael Bracewell's 4/26 and William O'Rock's 2/48 restricted the Tigers from posting a bigger total. In response, New Zealand got off to a shaky start, losing 2 wickets for just 15 runs. But Tom Latham (55 off 76) and Rachin Ravindra (112 off 105) steadied the ship with a brilliant 129-run partnership. Ravindra's century was the highlight of the innings, as he reached the milestone in just 95 balls with 11 boundaries and 1 six. With this win, New Zealand have qualified for the semi-finals of the Champions Trophy 2025, along with India. Pakistan and Bangladesh, on the other hand, have been knocked out of the semi-final race from Group A. Congratulations to New Zealand on their well-deserved win! #nzvban #championstrophy2025 #cricket
