The Fishrot case, involving the State v Ricardo Gustavo and 27 others has been adjourned to 16 May 2025.
The postponement will allow the parties to consult, address outstanding obstacles, and appraise the court on progress toward resolving these issues.
Judge Moses Chinhengo who is presiding over the case said that the trial would proceed on August 4, regardless of whether the accused persons manage to secure legal representation, noting that there are limitations to rights and how they can be exercised.
