Just thought to share this with my friends dealing with depression and anxiety. 1. *Learn to say "no"*: Set boundaries to manage stress. 2. *Take breaks*: Allow time for relaxation and self-care. 3. *Challenge negative thoughts*: Reframe unhelpful thinking patterns. 4. *Practice self-compassion*: Treat yourself with kindness and understanding.
