I didn't want to post this, but it's SO important ⚠️ Maria texted me telling me about how nobody believed her. How her narcissistic ex was abusive, and how she literally blocked him everywhere she could think of, yet he tried to push his luck on social media. Despite knowing exactly what to do, she didn't reach out to me to tell me how neither her family nor the therapist she was going to believed her ➡️ (and BTW, I have a video telling you WHAT characteristics you should see in a good therapist, so comment "THERAPIST" so I can send it to you!!) 💕 Nobody believed her. They all said things like "there's two sides of the story" or "maybe he really wants you back so why don't you give the poor guy another chance?" or even "he was not that toxic as you're describing him". Each word made Maria feel as if they were stabbing her, not only in the back, but also in front of her as her family was too blind to the abuse made. 🙄 This is why in our coaching call I gave her the specific instructions on what to do, and what NOT to do, when she was experiencing this heavy gaslighting by everyone involved around her. Because flying monkeys who refuse to acknowledge your pain are also contributing to it... unfortunately. 💔 Now Maria is living pain free. She doesn't gave to care about people who invalidate her or who dismiss her experiences, she knows they are true, she lived them in her own skin.
